When machining any type of metal we endeavour to retain accuracy, obtain excellent surface finish on the work piece while increasing production speeds, and achieve extended tool life.
GreenCut Biodegradable Cutting/Misting Fluid reduces tool wear and greatly improves surface finish, while maintaining tight dimensional control of the work piece. GreenCut does this by having full and continuous access to the seizure zone on the tool rake face, where all the cutting action takes place.
GreenCut water based Synthetic Cutting Fluid provides lubrication, cooling, and burnishing of the work piece to provide accuracy, extended tool life and a superb surface finish.
How GreenCut Cutting Fluid works:
Metal working, such as cutting, causes heat, generated via friction at the tool point and by deformation of the metal being removed just ahead of the tool. Heat generated due to friction can easily be reduced by using the superb lubrication qualities of GreenCut Cutting Fluid. Heat caused by metal deformation of the tool chips cannot be reduced but will be carried away by the GreenCut water based synthetic fluid.
Lubrication and cooling with GreenCut Cutting Fluid is handled with environmentally safe and approved organic chemicals, which handle extreme pressure and temperatures better than any other metal-working cutting fluid known. GreenCut Biodegradable Synthetic Cutting Fluid will not change in its covalent molecular matrix structure, and cannot separate as a Water / GreenCut blend in its working environment, whilst machining any metal.
Friction plane heat is significantly reduced by the unique lubrication qualities of the GreenCut Cutting Fluid, which has an exclusive flatted matrix molecular arrangement, like an interwoven floor mat, wherein the various chemical molecules form a covalent bond, tightly laced together inter-molecularly. While cutting, it is burnishing the metal surface at the shear plane of the work piece so well, that it has to be seen to be believed.
Cooling capacity of the GreenCut Cutting Fluid is exceptional in its direct application to the metal cutting zone at the work piece. GreenCut achieves this by utilising its covalent ionic bond matrix, which also contains chemistry to reduce the molecular size of the water droplets and of the water surface tension, thus assuring instant GreenCut cooling contact with the cutting tool and work piece.
