GreenCut establishes a constant, one molecule thick lubricating bond as pressure and temperature are increased. This is a soft bond that cannot be removed by pressure or heat, and never changes in thickness. It does this without risk of build-up, rust, bacterial danger to workers, or coolant rancidity. GreenCut eliminates slideways and tramp oils by a quick and complete biodegradation of the oils.
Once machining is completed, removal of GreenCut is done by simple water washing. GreenCut will not affect paint applied to finished machined parts after they have been rinsed off with water, such as may be done on a paint pre-treatment line where the machined part is rinsed and dried. If the GreenCut is left on the machined part, it will repel rust until wiped off, or rinsed off with water.
GreenCut coolant additives can be provided in extreme applications such as high-pressure pump foaming, or extended anti-rust requirements.

Service Steel has not changed out the GreenCut over the last 3 years, and don't expect to change the cutting fluid out at all. They just keep adding fresh GreenCut to the old fluid to refresh and renew it.
Cutting Fluids Comparitive Load Tests Chart
Load in PSI is a direct indicator of lubrication performance. All products were tested on the Timken Bearing Stress Machine with a 60 lb. point load applied slowly and held for a 5 second duration. (PSI = Pounds per Square Inch).
All products, excepting LubeCorp's GreenCut®, commenced to 'Shear' the moment any load at all was applied.
GreenCut will cause no harm to machinery and machined metals when used as directed.
GreenCut will not cause rust, but water causes rust. Do NOT exceed mix ratios of 25:1. Once mix ratios approach 50:1, rust inhibition is gone and the excess water in the tank mixture may cause rust spots to appear on the cutting machine surfaces.
